Apple is recalling its USB Type-C cables

After Apple has replaced the AC Wall Plug Adapter for MacBooks and even iPhones, now Apple is recalling USB C cables included in Macbook ( 2015 ) and the ones that were sold separated.

The issue about the cable is that due to a design fail, either MacBook will not be charged or will be charged intermittently.

You can see whether your cable is effected or not from Apple’s page. By the way, similarly to the other recall programs, your cable would be changed with the new one for free.
