Galaxy S7 Stops The Charging Process If The USB Port Is Damaged

One XDA user got his new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, and tried to take some underwater photos, but when he tried to charge his phone, the phone did not charge itself, and displayed the error messing saying “Moisture Detected”.

Right now, the water proof phones such as new S7 series or Sony Z5 come without a cover on the usb port. Even though they are waterproof, still you should be careful. However, if you are not careful enough, then S7 will protect you. It will stop the charging process if the USB port is damaged. This data is given to the phone from the sensor inside the charging port.
