Google Chrome 51 comes with a material design

Material Design was introduced with Android L back in 2014, and many of the Google applications except Chrome, Analytics and few others. Even though you could apply material design to the chrome download pages, still the general ui was looking old.

With the Chrome Canary 51, it gives us a peak to see what is coming. As you can see, the material design is applied to the Google chrome in this version.

One of the most obvious change is the improved navigation bar. Now, chrome also has a transparent navigation bar on mac. Also, it looks more simple and modern.

The other changes are all black incognito mode, and new developer tools.

This is an early preview of the Chrome 51, and you shouldn’t actually use it as your default browser, but if you want to try it right now, you can try from this link.
