Everything that Microsoft announced in Build Conference

Microsoft held its Build Conference for developers in this week, and these are the things that they have talked about it.

Windows 10

As you might expect, they’ve talked about their operating system. They announced the new version of the Windows 10 called as “Windows 10 Anniversary Update” which was originally called as “RedStone”. The new update will be released in summer.

Biometric Security

One of the features that will be added to windows is biometric security. Even though there are computers with fingerprint sensors and with Windows Hello support, now there is a better integration with your biometric ID meaning you will be able to use your fingerprint even on the websites and applications.

Bots

Considered as the future of the technology, the bots ( as being the part of the Artificial intelligent ) were one of the coolest parts of the event. Right now, there is nothing much to say about them, but as developers make bots, then they will serve as a personal assistant to you. When you want something, then they will be able to communicate with each other in order to do what you want.

Windows Ink

The other feature that is based on artificial intelligent is Windows Ink. As you take notes or write commands on the apps, the cortana will help you. For example, if you write “create a reminder” on the note app, then Cortana will create a reminder. Again, it is up to developer to support this feature.

Bash

If you are a programmer, then you are aware of the difference between file management systems between Windows and Linux. Even though Mac and Linux are similar in the matter of this subject, this can be a problem for some windows developers for which Microsoft has brought Bash to Windows 10.

Universal Apps

Microsoft is Talking about the universal apps for a while, and the same subject has been included in the build event. As you may know, Microsoft is trying to create universal apps for mobile, PC and even for Xbox.

HoloLens

Microsoft is proud from their Augmented Reality device, HoloLens. For the ones who do not know what is augmented reality, it does not limit you in a virtual environment as Virtual Reality, instead it gives the information on the real world itself.

If you ordered Microsoft’s $3.000 HoloLens, then they started to ship your device.
