Google+, the social network that deserves to die, is five years old

Google+ was Google’s attempt to compete with Facebook ( and eventually collect even more data from its users ) and today, it is five years old.

When it was introduced back in 28 June 2011, Google had high hopes for the service but the same thing couldn’t be said for the users because Google merged YouTube with G+ and eventually, they forced each user to use this social network. That is probably why ¬†everybody hated it so much ( including me as you probably understood from the title of the article ).

Well, in this five years, there were a lot of people “using” it but it could never achieve something big and this five years, its importance decreased each day as it was separated¬†from YouTube.
