Apple just released MacOS Sierra with Siri

Introduced in June, MacOS Sierra is now available for everybody. You can upgrade to the latest version of MacOS, if you have

  • MacBook (Late 2009 or newer)
  • MacBook Pro (Mid 2010 or newer)
  • MacBook Air (Late 2010 or newer)
  • Mac mini (Mid 2010 or newer)
  • iMac (Late 2009 or newer)
  • Mac Pro (Mid 2010 or newer)

Despite the big change in its name, the major change is the Siri. After years of waiting, it is finally on Macs and it actually works better than it does on iOS. You can even drag the siri cards to the notification panel and save the pictures right from Siri.

Also, you can now unlock your Mac with your Apple Watch and your copied content will be shared across your Apple devices. For example, if you have a MacBook and iPhone, when you copy a text on your phone, you will be able to paste it on your computer.

There are also tabs which has always been considered an important part of Apple’s desktop operating system. Now, they are in every applications even if the app does not support it.

When you go to AppStore, you will be shown the picture of the Sierra on the front page and you can update your computer by clicking on the “download” button.
