iOS 10 will be released on September 13th
Introduced back in June, Apple iOS 10 will be available to the current iPhones and iPads on September 13. The most important change with the iOS 10, though, is basically all about the new lock screen which is now a notification and widget panel on its own.
First of all, every iPhone that is introduced later than iPhone 5 ( including 5 ) will be getting the update so will the every iPad expect 1,2 and 3. You can also expect to get the iOS 10 update for iPad Mini 2,3 and 4.
When you update your iPhone, iPad or 6th generation iPod Touch, the first change you will notice would be the major changes in the lock screen. To start with, when you swipe from left to right, you will see the widgets screen instead of unlocking your device. Now, in order to unlock your device, you need to click on the home button or just scan your finger if your device have a TouchID. Back to the widget area, it is basically a screen where you can see the weather or even suggested apps from Siri. Best part is that you not only see the widgets from the Apple’s stock apps but also from the other third-party ones that are installed on your device.
Second major update with the next versions of iOS is the iMessage. Now, you can send animated messages, new stickers, drawings and even secret messages with the stock messaging application on iOS. There are also iMessage Apps.
