This would be Microsoft Band 3 if it wasn’t canceled

Earlier this month, Microsoft not only announced that they would stop the production of their Microsoft Band 3, but they would also disband its team responsible for the Band series. However, it looks like before being disbanded, the team was working on Band 3, a slimmer and water-proof version of the previous generation with more sensors.

WindowsCentral published few images and it appears that Band 3 would be slimmer although it wouldn’t differ at all in terms of design. Besides, the new activity trailer would be water-proof. Also, it would be able to track your blood pressure.

Even though Band 3 sounds good enough, the Band series were bad in general. Especially, the first generation lacked many of the important features that was needed for an activity tracker. That resulted in them selling limited units. Nothing changed with the second generation. They made some improvements, but that was not enough.
