Mass Effect: Andromeda Trailer
Mass Effect: Andromeda was announced on June 15, 2015 at E3 2015, but we didn’t get much information at all. We knew that where the game will take place as well as the fact that it will be the first open world Mass Effect game. However, BioWare didn’t publish its gameplay, which would show how is the atmosphere in the game. In Sony’s PlayStation 4 Pro event, they published a couple of trailers, but at The Game Awards, BioWare finally published its first gameplay.
The game itself takes place 600 years after the trilogy of Mass Effect. Besides, you will be inside a galaxy that is not our Milky Way. Eventually, the idea of traveling between planets seems similar to the previous games, but Andromeda allows players to go to whichever planet they want. That is because the game is open world.
In each planet though, there are different species assuming that most of the planets are habitable. You may or may not become friends with them, but at least, you make your own choices.
I believe Andromeda is kinda like the No Man’s Sky we all hoped for, but with more interaction with smart species. However, the new Mass Effect game is coming on March 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows.
