This is Mercedes A-Series Sedan!
Mercedes plans to add a new model to the family of A Series over the growing interest in the compact segment.
Mercedes carries out efforts to diversify the variations of the model in order to reach the mass of users, in this context, it seems to start with the A-Class, which is the entry of the passenger car family. According to the report from Autocar, Mercedes plans to enter the segment with the A-Class Sedan by way of a positive reaction from Audi’s A3 Sedan and BMW’s 1 Series Sedan moves.
Mercedes has yet to officially approve the model, and it is expected that the model will be available to users at the end of 2018. The A-Series Sedan model, which will be presented with a model variation with two different axle distances, is expected to have a hybrid option with 2.0-liter petrol and 2.0-liter diesel engines. With this deal of Mercedes becoming official, the question is whether BMW, which does not offer the 1 Series Sedan for sale in Europe, will step back from this decision. With all these steps, it seems that the tactical battle of the producers who are not back-to-back in each segment is going to continue at the fastest pace.
