Acer announced its first watch
Frankly speaking, the first device maker that comes to mind when it comes to wearable devices is not Acer. We do not see Acer among the top selling apparel makers anyway. But that does not mean that Acer does not produce successful devices.
Acer, which has been in intelligent watch market with affordable wearable devices for a few years, introduced its new smart watch Leap Ware. Acer, with its elegant design, combines aesthetics and functions in one device. Thus, smart wristwatch talent meets in one point. The 1.5-inch Gorilla Glass SR + display is powered by the MediaTek MT2523 processor. For the sensors, the MT5211 bio sensor chip is used. Leap Ware with IPX7 water resistance certificate also has LED light on it, so when it’s time to look at something in the dark, it’s possible to turn on the clock without having to remove the phone from our pocket. Heart rhythm measurement, fatigue level and stress level measurement device can also be tracked with the usual tracking features.
The device, which has all these successful features, is also very ambitious. It is stated that Leap Ware has battery life between 3 and 5 days. The smart clock with a $ 139 price tag is said to be out in July.
