Bixby now supports Voice Control
Samsung’s new flagship phones Galaxy S8 and S8 + were available for sale on April 21, but on the phone, an important feature was missing. Even though the digital assistant Bixby was there, it lacked voice control support.
A report on ZDNet shows that Samsung did not have time to offer this support at least in its home country. However, now S8 and S8 + owners in South Korea began to take advantage of the voice control features.
The S8 and S8 + owners have been able to use Bixby Vision, Home and Reminders since the day they bought their phones. However, full voice control support is an important selling point for the new virtual assistant.
Samsung has promised to deliver the voice control support to the US in the spring. Therefore, the use of the feature in South Korea indicates that the US is approaching the expected date, even though no exact date is given. South Korea is expected to be watched by other countries besides the US. For now, however, there is no formal explanation in this regard.
Samsung has announced its all new smartphones Galaxy S8 and S8 + earlier this month. The new flagship of the South Korean company comes in two sizes which are 5.8 and 6.2 inches, respectively. Click here to read the article.
