Facebook Reactions are now in comments

Facebook recently offered its users the ability to leave a feedback to a message on its Messenger app. The company also carried this feature in comments. Now, when comments are evaluated, expressions other than likes will also be available. It will not be surprising that it reduces the number of words in the social sharing site.

It was welcomed by many users to add extra expression symbols which are great, racy, incredible, angry and sad to share and comment. However, the possibility of leaving different emojis in the comments can be considered as a “question of necessity”.

In order to leave an expression other than “appreciation” in the comments, it is necessary to bring the mouse over the thumb finger symbol. Unlike the mobile versions of Messenger, there is no animation after the expression is left on the desktop.

Facebook users will be able to leave different expressions on their desktops for the first time. The distribution of this feature started this week. It is not yet known when people accessing it through mobile applications may leave different expressions to the comments. However, the social-sharing site is clearly looking to offer this feature in mobile apps as well.
