Some of the first users of Samsung’s newest flagship phone in South Korea complained that their devices had red tones on their screens. Samsung has announced that the problem is not about hardware and will be resolved with a software update.

The company started distributing the new update for the phone starting from South Korea. A day after Korea, updates were published for European countries such as England and Germany. The 426 MB update brings several new settings for adaptive screen mode, which allows users to adjust the color balance of the screen.

Update can be installed by clicking on “Download update manually” after entering the firmware update section in the settings.  Note that your device must be connected to a wireless network and must have over 50% of your battery.
